Job Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager at Life Nursing Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our HR functions. This position requires a dynamic individual to oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with the agency’s mission and ensure the well-being of our dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Life Nursing Inc.’s mission and goals.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs promptly.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier healthcare professionals.
Employee Relations:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide resolutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
Facilitate training sessions on topics relevant to healthcare, compliance, and professional growth.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations and employment laws.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the agency’s benefits offerings.
HR Technology and Systems:
Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems.
Leverage technology to streamline HR processes, enhance data analytics, and support agency growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager in the healthcare or staffing industry.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare HR practices and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with the unique needs of healthcare professionals.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
