Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide basic nursing care such as taking vital signs and assisting with mobility.
Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures as directed.
Observe and report changes in patients’ physical and emotional condition.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Graduation from a state-approved CNA training program.
Proven experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.
