Position Overview:
Life Nursing Inc. is currently seeking Home Health Aides to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Home Health Aide with Life Nursing Inc., you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals in their homes. This temporary position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to contribute to the well-being of others while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and emotional condition.
Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
Follow care plans to ensure individualized and comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Graduation from a state-approved HHA training program.
Proven experience as a Home Health Aide in a home care setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to adapt to different home environments.
Reliable transportation for travel to various client locations.
